1. Please put on the monocle leg on ear first.
2. Be careful to place monocle's bridge on doll's nose bridge.
3. Put on doll wig.

       How to measure the monocle size  


    Please follow instruction photo above.
    Please measure the size from ear to nose bridge by centimetre.


    If you get 4 cm (S LINE) or 3.5 cm (U LINE) size, your doll can wear this monocle.

    By monocle's nature, is needed to be settled on doll's nose bridge. So the product maybe loose or not suit on every doll heads. Because of different head size and different doll's nose bridge from each company. We seek for your understanding.


    This item is pre-order item. Item will be made according to order quantities when pre-order is closed and all orders are fully paid.

    This product has some sharp edge part. Please be careful when putting on or taking off the monocle. As it may scratch make-up on dolls.

    By nature of item, monocle is settled on doll's nose bridge. Monocle may be loose or not fit on your doll, because of different head size and doll's nose bridge size from different company. We seek for your understanding.

    Item is all handmade. Image and color of items could look slightly different from the actual product.

    Please take off the monocle and store in box after use to secure product. Also please do not leave monocle on your doll's face when you are not taking photos, to protect doll's make-up.



    We've calculated estimate shipping time as below.
    Shipping schedule might be delay in case if there is any weather problems or a lot of orders, which will cause the delay in production. However we always try to ship item as soon as we can. We seek for your understanding.

    * Pre-order item required production time roughly 30~40 working days. Please exclude Saturday, Sunday and announced holidays. Working time will start to be counted AFTER payment deadline date of pre-order period.

    • We also ship internationally to any country served by PayPal. We use EMS shipping method as our default shipping service.
      After package is shipped, package will be handed over to EMS carrier. We are unable to gain extra information of delivery status more than customers.
      We will try to provide you our support until final delivery.

    • Estimate delivery time. Transit time depends on your location. Estimated transit time for EMS shipping method is 5~7 working days.
      Any delay that might occur might be depended on carrier on each country or customs duty process.

    • All package must be declared at full price. We are not responsible to customs duty to international orders. All items must be declared on its price. We can mark item price at your request to avoid high custom fees. Please let us know your mark price amount in customer request section when you make an order.
      However, in case the package is damaged or lost during transit, there may be differences in items value considered in refund and exchange policy. Customers need to take it at your risk.

    • Doll can be shipped within 60 business working days (excluded Saturday, Sunday and holidays) after pre-order is closed. In case of adding make-up option, please add 15~20 working days. Any delay occur might be because flooded orders, raining weather or any event sale period.
    • Ready made items can be shipped within 7 working days after payment is confirmed.
      Shipping is once a week on Friday or Saturday.

    • Please contact us via Q&A board regarding to combined orders.

    • Payment must be made within 7 days after order is placed, 3 days for limited items. Otherwise your reserving order will be cancelled automatically.

    • Item color may be slightly different due to monitor settings and factory production because of handmade products.

    • Cancellation cannot be accepted if you have already sent payment. Otherwise, DollClans will require restocking fees. Please read customer guide - All about the orders. Please carefully consider your order before placing any orders.

    1. All DollClans products are non-refundable. Except for wrong or defective items.

    2. In some cases are not considered as defective and are not applied to return policy. As they are unavoidable flaws originated from our manufacturing process.
      Please read our "CUSTOMER GUIDE -> DELIVERY INFO -> RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY" for more information.
    3. Defective or mistaken merchandise must be claimed within 7 days after you receive product. DollClans inspect every items before shipment. If customer finds any defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately at Q&A board, provide us order number, order date, detailed description and picture of items.

    4. Merchandise damaged in delivery. In case of items damaged upon delivery, please contact us via Q&A board immediately within 7 days after you receive product.
      Please provide us your order number, order date, detailed description and picture of damaged items for faster response.
      Details about damaged upon delivery or lost item will be sent to EMS investigation. Any refunds will be made followed by EMS service policy. If customer asks for low mark value price, refund amount might be different from item price.

    5. Item must be in same condition when you open package. Including any accessories, certificate or any items included in original packaging as in new conditions. Item that has been damaged or modified by customer could not be claimed for return and exchange policy.

    6. Return policy can be effective only within 7 days after you received products. Please make sure you inspect your item immediately after receive products, return and exchange policy is based on EMS tracking delivery date. If products are mistaken or defective, please contact us immediately.

    7. Please return item within 7 working days after return claim is accepted. Otherwise we cannot offer new replacement or refund any cost.

    8. Requests for replacement or refunds will not be granted until your returned packages have been received.
